The existing pages lacked coherence, accessibility, and engagement, leading to potential loss of prospective students. As the marketer, I was primarily responsible for driving the successful transformation of the program pages. I played a multifaceted role, contributing to its strategic planning, execution, and content analysis. Here are some key aspects of my role:

  • Strategy Development. Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams including web designers, UX team, and academic departments to define the project's strategic direction. My responsibilities included:

    • Conducted market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and user expectations.

    • Reviewed and approved creative assets, including images, graphics, web elements, and copy to maintain brand consistency

  • Content Strategy. Collaborated with academic departments to gather up-to-date and accurate program information. I also implemented SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to the program pages.

  • User Experience and Conversion Optimization. Collaborated with design team to create clear and effective CTAs. Also assisted the UX team with conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback to refine the user journey and content presenation.

In summary, my role as a marketer in the Biola University Program Page Redesign project was instrumental in achieving our goals of improving user experience, enhancing brand identity, increasing conversions, and boosting organic traffic.
